Ultimate Hotel F & B Investment Management Co. Ltd. established in 2012, officially opened in May 2013, operates a new food court, Pereira Foods Centre, in Pereira Plaza Macau. Pereira Foods Centre. The company obtained the licence required by the Civil and Municipal Affairs Bureau for food and beverage establishments as well as completing other governmental procedures through IPIM’s “One-stop Services”. It was officially opened in May 2013.
Pereira Foods Centre provides Taiwanese and Japanese cuisines at reasonable prices. The total area covers around 6,500 square feet with seating for about 150. As the investors are optimistic about the prospect of the Macau’s F & B Industry, they are planning to further expand their business in the city.
