ALIPAY + GLOBAL NETWORK OF ECOLOGICAL PARTNERS CONFERENCE (MACAO)

The Alipay + Global Network of Ecological Partners Conference (Macao), hosted by the Ant Financial Services Group and supported by IPIM, was held on 14 September. The inauguration ceremony for four co-operation projects between Alipay, Alibaba Group and Macao government departments was held during the event.

Officiating guests of the ceremony were the Secretary for Economy and Finance Leong Vai Tac, Senior Director of International Business- Strategic Partnership, Ant Financial Services Group Jia Hang, IPIM’s President Jackson Chang, Director of Macao Economic Services Tai Kin Ip, President of Executive Committee of Consumer Council Wong Hon Neng, Head of Ant Financial Services Group (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)Stephen Wen and Business Development Director of Tmall Global (Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia) Rex Cheuk.

A contract signing ceremony for Macao enterprises’ access to the Tmall Global network were held concurrently. Participating enterprises included

Vang Kei Hong Trading Co Ltd, Tan Heong San Enterprise Limited and the R-Cherikoff Food (Macau) Company Limited. The four co-operation projects included a consumption-oriented project, training project, Tmall Global as a IPIM’s Eligible E-Commerce Operator as well as the Trusted Shops Accreditation Project.
