Convention and Exhibition Stimulation Programme
This programme aims to provide subsidies to organisers planning to hold MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities in the Macao Special Administrative Region, in order to motivate the international, market-orientated, professional, digital, and green development of the MICE industry, enhance its competitiveness, facilitate the appropriate economic diversification of Macao, build Macao into an internationally renowned MICE destination, strengthen the driving role of the MICE industry, further encourage regional co-operation, and attract more MICE projects and business travellers to Macao.
Applicants can apply through the following two channels:
1) Applicants can submit application through the “Event Online Application System” on the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute’s electronic platform
(The original application form, activity report form, and receipts of the subsidised items must be submitted during the settlement period)
2) Applicants can make an appointment through the “Meet up Easy” online reservation service system and visit IPIM to complete the application in-person, or send the application and all original settlement documents to IPIM by post.

Application Location: 1/F and 2/F of the office building of the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, Rua Sul de Entre Lagos, Macao
Office Hours: Monday to Thursday – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 5:45 pm & Friday – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
