MICE events organised/co-ordinated by IPIM

To foster appropriately diversified economic development, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) continues to enhance the professionalism and marketisation of Macao’s MICE industry, augment the “One-stop Service” for MICE Bidding and Support in Macao and the implementation of the MICE support programmes, help the industry seize opportunities arising from the city’s position as “One Centre, One Platform, One Base” and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Co-operation Zone in Hengqin. Major efforts are made to organise local signature MICE events including the Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition MIECF), International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF), Macao Franchise Expo (MFE), China-Portuguese-Speaking Countries Economic and Trade Expo (Macao) (C-PLPEX) and the Global Legal & Sustainable Timber Forum (GLSTF), in order to intensify the MICE industry’s stimulation to other sectors, provide a platform that links up mainland China, in particular the Greater Bay Area, and Portuguese-speaking countries, as well as countries along the “Belt and Road”. Setting the foundation in Macao, IPIM is committed to fostering local and international co-operation, and creating more business opportunities.
