“2019 Chile Entrepreneur China Hengqin Trip–Macao Promotion Seminar”

Aiming to promote the business environment in Macao and the investor “One-Stop” service for foreign investors, IPIM and the Administrative Committee of Hengqin New Area joined hands to host the “2019 Chile Entrepreneur China Hengqin Trip – Macao Promotion Seminar” on 28 August, successfully organised a delegation of around 50 people to visit Macao, including Mainland China and Chile entrepreneurs.

Mr Agostinho Vong Vai Lon, Executive Director of IPIM said at the promotion seminar, that Chile entrepreneurs can enter the China market with considerable advantages and the support of Macao’s multiple preferential policies, which include the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA), preferential measures in Trade and Investment Facilitation, and also make use of Macao’s featured finance, convention and exhibition and other professional business services, as well as the convenient transportation now available with the completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. A representative from the Investor Service Department then introduced Macao’s business environment and investor “One-Stop” service followed by a free discussion with the delegation. On the same day, the delegation also visited the Portuguese-speaking Countries Food Products Exhibition Centre.
