IPIM and Local Sector Participate in IMEX in Germany

Representatives of IPIM and Macao MICE sector in front of the Macao Pavilion at IMEX Frankfurt

IPIM organised a number of local enterprises, including hotels, travel agency, professional congress organisers, destination management companies and conference service providers to participate in IMEX Frankfurt 2018 in Germany from 15 to 17 May. The Macao Pavilion set up by IPIM at the venue and the joint effort of Macao enterprises and IPIM, the advantages of Macao’s conventions and exhibitions were in the limelight at the event, enhancing Macao’s progress of “going global”. During the event, the business matching sessions were well received by the participants and nearly 150 sessions were facilitated by the Macao Pavilion set up by IPIM.

Featuring Chinese calligraphy and art of Chinese tea in its networking activities, together with Macao’s unique and original souvenirs distributed to potential international buyers and event organisers, the Macao Pavilion has successfully gathered a great number of attendees and enhanced the international visibility of Macao’s original products, creating more opportunities for Macao enterprises.
