The Administrative Provision on Foreign Investment into Venturing Capital Enterprises
The venturing capital enterprises referred to in this provision are foreign investors or companies/enterprises/other economic organisations established by foreign investors in line with China's law, and enterprises with foreign investment, established inside the territory of China through this particular provision and conducting venturing capital investment as their business activities.
The provision includes the following content: establishment and registration, investment and related changes, organization structure, venturing capital management enterprises, business management, auditing and supervision, and appendix.
People's Government of Jilin Province, issuing the Provisions on Encouraging Foreign Investment
All joint venture companies, China-foreign co-operation companies and foreign companies (all referred as companies with foreign investment in the following) inside the administrative region of Jilin province are entitled to enjoy benefits stipulated in the provision, apart from National incentive policies. This provision prevails when in contradiction with related policies or regulations

In order to speed up software industry's development and strengthen information industry's innovative capability and competitiveness, the State Copyright Registration Administration encourages software registration and gives special protection to registered software. The measure is applicable to software copyright registration, software patent contract and transfer contract registration. The measures specifies registration application, assessment and approval, announcement of software registration, fees and appendix.
