Macao delegation at the “RISE 2019”
On 9 July, IPIM’s Executive Director Sam Lei led a delegation composed of 17 members – representatives of the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Centre, the Macau Youth Entrepreneur Association and the E-Commerce Association of Macau – to join the RISE 2019 in Hong Kong, which provided an occasion for Macao young enterprisers and RISE participants at home and abroad to exchange insights and look for co-operation opportunities in terms of innovation-driven businesses.
RISE is an annual conference that features “technology” and “start-up” enterprises as its theme. It aims at demonstrating the strengths and potential of Asian start-ups and motivating exchange among elite entrepreneurs from different regions.
At this year’s RISE, Macao delegation actively took part in a number of panel sessions, involving an array of areas such as technology, finance and innovation. The delegation also met with other participating enterprises and jointly explored co-operation opportunities.
