Secretary Leong Vai Tak visits IPIM and meets with IPIM’s personnel
On 15 January, the Secretary for Economy and Finance Leong Vai Tak visited IPIM and discussed with IPIM’s personnel on daily operation. During the visit, he also encouraged IPIM’s staff and sent his new year wishes.
According to Secretary Leong, he is grateful to IPIM’s staff who professional fulfilled their duty and remained committed to serve Macao citizens as IPIM always does even when contingencies took place in 2018. Looking forward to 2019, IPIM will continue to work legally and maintain integrity, consolidate its services while comprehensively optimise its internal operation. With respect to the MICE industry, IPIM will be devoted to enhance the public treasury management on one hand, and adjust its supporting services according to the latest development in the society and market, so as to keep the current momentum and maintain the competitiveness of the whole industry.
He encouraged IPIM’s personnel to pro-actively participate in different activities organised by international organisations to gain experience, borrow wisdom while broadening vision.
