“Macao Business Advantage – Promotion Seminar on China-PSC Opportunities and Featured Finance” Held in Guangzhou

Organised by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the Monetary Authority of Macao, the Economic Bureau and the Financial Bureau of the Macao SAR, co-organised by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, supported by the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Federation of Entrepreneurs, the China-Portuguese Speaking Countries Cooperation and Development Fund and the Macau Association of Banks, the “Macao Business Advantage – Promotion Seminar on China-PSC Opportunities and Featured Finance” was held in Guangzhou on 30 August. In addition, the event was held in Zhuhai and Zhongshan from 10 to 11 September.

In order to bring into action the State’s support to Macao in building the Commercial and Trade Co-operation Service Platform between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (PSC), this event particularly advertised Macao’s opportunities arising from its business environment, China-PSC platform and featured finance to the cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The occasion was joined by more than 100 exhibitors. Attendees of the event included Executive Director of the Monetary Authority of Macao Vong Sin Man, Director of Fair Trade Bureau of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province Li Yongyi, Deputy Inspector of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong province Deng Yongzhong.
