Pereira Foods Centre – Patane Branch

The Patane Branch of Pereira Foods Centre, which mainly provides Chinese and Western fusion cuisine, is set up by Ultimate Hotel F&B Investment Management Co. Ltd. IPIM’s Investor “One Stop Service” has played a significant role in the completion of this project. With the assistance of Investor “One Stop Service”, the investor not only has opened the first Pereira Food Center in Pereira Plaza earlier, but also has successfully solved the difficulties related to the building’s planning and usage for the Patane Branch’s establishment with the co-ordination of the cross-departmental co-operation mechanism of the “Investment Committee”, which contributed to the obtainment of the Category 5 – F&B Establishment License issued by the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) in December 2017.
