Financial Support Programme for Participation in Exhibitions and Trade Fairs

This programme aims to subsidise commercial enterprises and non-profit organisations legally established in the Macao Special Administrative Region to participate in trade-related exhibitions, in a bid to enhance external exchanges and co-operation, publicity and marketing, and expand business through the exhibition platform.

Applicants can apply through the following three channels:

1) “Business & Association Platform”

(Original receipts of the subsidised items must be submitted offline during the settlement period)

2) Applicants can submit application through the “Event Online Application System” on the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute’s electronic platform

(The original application form, activity report form, and receipts of the subsidised items must be submitted during the settlement period)

3) Applicants can make an appointment through the “Meet up Easy” online reservation service system and visit IPIM to complete the application in-person, or send the application and all original settlement documents to IPIM by post.

Application Location: 1/F and 2/F of the office building of the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, Rua Sul de Entre Lagos, Macao

Office Hours:     Monday to Thursday – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 5:45 pm

             Friday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
