Issue of license or registration certificate to individuals that intend to operate the food and beverage establishments referred to in Law no. 5/2026 “Law on Activities of Food and Beverage and Relevant Establishments”.

* Food and beverage establishment: An establishment that, regardless of the name, form and size, provides the public with the services of food and beverages to be consumed on site for direct or indirect remuneration.

Registration system – Scope of application Individual units with usable area of 120 square metres or below, and the construction works do not belong to the construction types of any of the circumstances stated in the scope of application of “First-time Application (Applicable to license system)”, or no construction works are required.
