[2020/05/07] Fighting Against the Epidemic IPIM Launches Online Service “Business Matching for Epidemic Prevention Supplies”

As the novel coronavirus pneumonia continues to spread around the world, the demand for ventilators, protective suits, masks, disinfection supplies, medical equipment and other epidemic prevention supplies has increased significantly at home and abroad. In order to precisely match up supply and demand sides of epidemic prevention supplies, to join hands with all sectors of society to fight against the epidemic, IPIM launched a new section to its Online Business Matching Service Platform (https://bm.ipim.gov.mo/), the “Business Matching for Epidemic Prevention Supplies”. It aims to provide a round-the-clock matching platform for the supply and demand sides for epidemic prevention supplies.

After registering on the “Online Business Matching Service Platform”, users can browse the products in the “Business Matching for Epidemic Prevention Supplies” section and connect with product suppliers. IPIM will continue to collect information on epidemic prevention supplies and actively provide matching services for users. For more details, please visit the “Online Business Matching Service Platform” on website: https://bm.ipim.gov.mo/ or contact IPIM by calling (853)2872-8212 or sending email to bm@ipim.gov.mo.

“Online Business Matching Service Platform” is presented in Chinese, Portuguese and English to facilitate users from Portuguese-speaking countries and other overseas countries. Since its inception in 2016, it has successfully arranged more than 2,800 business matches in various MICE events hosted or supported by IPIM. In 2019, the platform was “upgraded” by setting up “Business Opportunities Corner”, including “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Database”, “Investment Projects in Portuguese Speaking Countries” and “Trade and Investment Projects”, providing self-service business matching services for companies at home and abroad, thereby assisting enterprises to develop the market and to promote economic and trade cooperation and exchanges.
