Dr. Kuan Wong
Member of the Science and Technology Committee of Macao and Chairman of WI Harper (Macau) Investment Fund Management Ltd.
Dr. Kuan Wong, who holds a doctor of Laws degree from Peking University, is Vice Chairman of WI Harper Group and Chairman of WI Harper (Macau) Investment Fund Management Ltd. In 2014, he was selected as one of the eighteen distinguished overseas returnees by the Talent Development Committee of the Macao SAR Government.
Dr. Wong has extensive experience in cross-border investment and innovation ecosystems. He has long been committed to fostering collaboration among industry, finance, and technology, including supporting the Macao SAR’s economic diversification strategy and promoting Macau’s development as an international platform for technology and capital.
