Ms. Kuan Ho Weng is a Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in audit and advisory services across a broad spectrum of industries. She has been instrumental in participating initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for Macau-based enterprises, corporate bond issuances, and a wide range of financing transactions. Her comprehensive understanding of stock exchange listing procedures and regulatory frameworks enables her to assist enterprises through complex compliance and disclosure requirements.
Beyond financial reporting, compliance and capital markets, Ms. Kuan provides strategic advisory to government entities and corporations, supporting strategic planning, policy formulation, and organisational transformation. She collaborates closely across Deloitte China's offices and Deloitte global network of member firms to deliver comprehensive professional services on clients’ cross-border operation business needs.
Ms. Kuan currently serves as President of the General Assembly of the Macau Society of Registered Accountants and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Union of Associations of Professional Accountants of Macau. She also holds public service roles, including Vice Chairperson of the Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation and Director of the Accounting Professional Committee (Macau) of the same council.
Ms. Kuan is a Macau Certified Public Accountant and holds several international qualifications, including Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
