Fei Fei is the General Manager and Managing Partner of Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment - Fortera Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and he is currently a PhD candidate in Public Health from Tsinghua University-Johns Hopkins University.
He is now responsible for the overall management of Fortera Capital. Previously, he held the position of the General Manager of the Business Unit at SAIC’s Fund of Funds, where he established SAIC’s comprehensive industrial fund. He promoted the market-oriented reform of SAIC’s Fund of Funds, and founded SAIC Hengxu Capital. He has management and investment experiences at China Development Bank Kaiyuan Fund, the market-oriented investment institution in China. Additionally, he has served as the deputy director of the Local Financial Management Division within the Financial Administration Bureau in Shanghai Pudong New Area.
