The Portuguese translation of the above Resolution has been published in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR on 29 Aug 2018 by the Chief Executive Notice No.50/2018

[2018/06/07]The Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolutions 1718 (2006) approved the addition of the entries to its 1718 Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the measures imposed by paragraphs 8(d) and (e) of Security Council resolution 1718 (2006) on 30 Mar 2018, the respective official text (English and Portuguese version) of the lists has been published in the Official Gazette of the Macao SAR (Chief Executive Notice No. 31/2018) on 6 June 2018

Please note that this list replaces the previous version of the same list, especially the version generated on 26 Dec 2017 which was published on 14 Mar 2018 in the Official Gazette (Series II No. 11) of the Macao SAR by the Chief Executive Notice No. 12/2018.

[2018/03/31] In view of the revision of the regulations, IPIM has revised the “Guidelines on Preventive Measures Regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism” applicable to Macao commercial offshore services and auxiliary offshore services institutions, with effect from 1st April 2018.
