2023MIECF\u5f97\u5230\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u90e8\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u90e8\u4f5c\u70ba\u7279\u9080\u652f\u6301\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u6cdb\u73e0\u4e09\u89d2\u7701\uff0f\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u5354\u8fa6\uff0c\u4e26\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u8cbf\u6613\u6295\u8cc7\u4fc3\u9032\u5c40\u53ca\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\u4f5c\u70ba\u5b98\u65b9\u627f\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

2023MIECF\u958b\u5e55\u5178\u79ae\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b98\u8cc0\u4e00\u8aa0\u3001\u4e2d\u592e\u4eba\u6c11\u653f\u5e9c\u99d0\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u806f\u7d61\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\u912d\u65b0\u8070\u3001\u570b\u52d9\u9662\u6e2f\u6fb3\u4e8b\u52d9\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u694a\u842c\u660e\u3001\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u9577\u8d99\u82f1\u6c11\u3001\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u99d0\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u7279\u6d3e\u54e1\u516c\u7f72\u7279\u6d3e\u54e1\u5289\u986f\u6cd5\u7b49\u64d4\u4efb\u4e3b\u79ae\u5609\u8cd3\u3002<\/p>\n

MIECF<\/strong>\u6301\u7e8c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u958b\u5e55\u5178\u79ae\u4e0a\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\u5c40\u9577\u8b5a\u5049\u6587\u81f4\u8fad\u6642\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u7a4d\u6975\u914d\u5408\u570b\u5bb6\u74b0\u4fdd\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\uff0c\u5728\u767c\u5c55\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6709\u5e8f\u63a8\u9032\u5404\u9805\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u78b3\u3001\u6e90\u982d\u6e1b\u5ee2\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u6df1\u5316\u5340\u57df\u74b0\u4fdd\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u4f4e\u78b3\u3001\u5b9c\u5c45\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u3002\u81f3\u4eca\u5df2\u8209\u8fa6\u81f3\u7b2c\u5341\u4e94\u5c46\u7684MIECF\uff0c\u6210\u6548\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u5df2\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u4ea4\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u570b\u969b\u54c1\u724c\u3002\u671f\u671b\u4eca\u5c46\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u8cea\u91cf\u53ca\u6210\u6548\u518d\u4e0a\u65b0\u53f0\u968e\uff0c\u767c\u63ee\u6fb3\u9580\u7684\u7d10\u5e36\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5927\u6703\u4ea6\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u570b\u5bb6\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u9577\u8d99\u82f1\u6c11\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u53f8\u526f\u53f8\u9577\u8d99\u9d6c\u9ad8\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u90e8\u793e\u6703\u767c\u5c55\u79d1\u6280\u53f8\u526f\u53f8\u9577\u5085\u5c0f\u92d2\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u7bc0\u80fd\u8207\u7d9c\u5408\u5229\u7528\u53f8\u526f\u53f8\u9577\u4e01\u5fd7\u8ecd\u7b49\u56db\u4f4d\u5609\u8cd3\u9032\u884c\u4e3b\u65e8\u767c\u8a00\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c2023MIECF\u4e3b\u984c\u6f14\u8b1b\u5609\u8cd3\u2014\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u614b\u91d1\u878d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u74b0\u5883\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u5206\u6703\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u5354\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u5c08\u696d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u85cd\u8679\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u6df1\u5316\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u5408\u4f5c \u651c\u624b\u5be6\u73fe\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u201d\u70ba\u984c\u767c\u8868\u4e3b\u984c\u6f14\u8b1b\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u570b\u5bb6\u5728\u5be6\u73fe\u201c\u96d9\u78b3\u201d\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u63a8\u52d5\u5be6\u8e10\u6e1b\u78b3\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5275\u8a2d\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8ad6\u58c7<\/strong>+<\/strong>\u5c55\u89bd<\/strong>+<\/strong>\u914d\u5c0d\u6d3d\u8ac7<\/strong> <\/strong>\u7de0\u9020<\/strong>\u7da0\u8272<\/strong>\u5546\u6a5f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u56db\u5929\u5c55\u671f\u5c07\u8209\u8fa6\u8fd120\u5834\u7531\u5c08\u696d\u9818\u57df\u6a5f\u69cb\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u8ad6\u58c7\u3001\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7531\u5927\u6703\u7d44\u7e54\u76845\u500b\u914d\u5c0d\u5c08\u5834\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4eca\u65e5\u4e0b\u5348\u8209\u884c\u7684\u201c\u7da0\u8272\u5546\u6a5f\u5408\u4f5c\u65e5\uff1a\u7da0\u8272\u8ad6\u58c7\u74b0\u7bc0\u4e00\u201d\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u7da0\u8272x\u5275\u65b0x\u5546\u6a5f\u2014\u8ce6\u80fd\u5546\u52d9\u4f11\u9592\u65c5\u904a\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u201d\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a2\u8a0e\u76f8\u95dc\u50f9\u503c\u93c8\u548c\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5275\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u8207\u5be6\u8e10\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5929\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u8209\u8fa6\u7b2c\u4e8c\u81f3\u7b2c\u56db\u74b0\u7bc0\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8ad6\u58c7\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u6d77\u5167\u5916\u74b0\u4fdd\u696d\u754c\u9818\u8896\u53ca\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u570d\u7e5e\u201c\u7da0\u8272\u5275\u65b0\u201d\u3001\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u5275\u65b0\u6cbb\u7406\u201d \u53ca\u201c\u6cdb\u73e0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u5408\u4f5c\u201d\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u7da0\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e94\u5834\u5c08\u984c\u914d\u5c0d\u6d3d\u8ac7\u4e3b\u984c\u6db5\u84cb\u6fb3\u7434\u653f\u5e9c\u74b0\u4fdd\u5c0d\u63a5\u3001\u8461\u8a9e\u570b\u5bb6\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7da0\u8272\u9805\u76ee\u5c0d\u63a5\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u3001\u5927\u578b\u7d9c\u5408\u65c5\u904a\u4f11\u9592\u4f01\u696d\u5c08\u5834\u7b49\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u5c0d\u4e00\u7684\u914d\u5c0d\u6d3d\u8ac7\uff0c\u52a9\u529b\u4f01\u696d\u900f\u904e\u914d\u5c0d\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5171\u8993\u7da0\u8272\u5546\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n
