style=\"text-align:justify\">2019MIECF\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u90e8\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u90e8\u53ca\u570b\u5bb6\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u90e8\u4f5c\u70ba\u7279\u9080\u652f\u6301\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u6cdb\u73e0\u4e09\u89d2\u7701\/\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u5354\u8fa6\uff0c\u4e26\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u8cbf\u6613\u6295\u8cc7\u4fc3\u9032\u5c40\u53ca\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c40\u627f\u8fa6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u4eca\u5e74MIECF\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4fc3\u9032\u570b\u969b\u9593\u201c\u5b98\u3001\u7522\u3001\u5b78\u3001\u7814\u3001\u7528\u3001\u91d1\u201d\u5404\u9818\u57df\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c55\u6703\u671f\u9593\u5c07\u8a2d\u6709\u7da0\u8272\u8ad6\u58c7\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u5c55\u89bd\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u5546\u6a5f\u5408\u4f5c\u65e5\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u914d\u5c0d\u53ca\u4ea4\u6d41\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u516c\u773e\u65e5\u7b49\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u201c\u901a\u5f80\u751f\u614b\u6587\u660e\u201d\u3001\u201c\u7da0\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u201d\u7d50\u5408\u8ad6\u58c7\u53ca\u914d\u5c0d\u4ea4\u6d41\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u6d3b\u52d5\u4eae\u9ede\u3002 style=\"text-align:justify\">MIECF\u65bc2008\u5e74\u8209\u8fa6\u81f3\u4eca\u8e0f\u5165\u7b2c\u5341\u4e8c\u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u7a69\u6b65\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u767c\u63ee\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u3001\u6280\u8853\u8f49\u79fb\u53ca\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u570b\u969b\u6027\u5e73\u53f0\u4f5c\u7528\u3002MIECF\u65bc2011\u5e74\u6210\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u5c55\u89bd\u696d\u5354\u6703(UFI)\u8a8d\u8b49\u5c55\u6703\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7372\u5f97\u6fb3\u9580\u7684\u201c\u5353\u8d8a\u6703\u5c55\u5927\u734e2017\u201d\uff0c\u5c55\u6703\u6210\u6548\u7372\u6703\u5c55\u696d\u754c\u80af\u5b9a\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u5c55\u6703\u671f\u9593\u5b89\u6392\u4e8635\u4efd\u7c3d\u7d04\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u5728\u7da0\u8272\u914d\u5c0d\u6d3d\u8ac7\u5340\u5167\u9032\u884c\u4e86349\u5834\u73fe\u5834\u914d\u5c0d\u6d3d\u8ac7\uff0c\u532f\u805a\u8d85\u904e50\u4f4d\u4f86\u81ea\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u53ca\u5730\u5340\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u5148\u92d2\u3001\u8de8\u570b\u4f01\u696d\u9818\u8896\u53ca\u5340\u57df\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\u7b49\uff0c\u767c\u8868\u9060\u898b\u5353\u8b58\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u6700\u65b0\u4f01\u696d\u6230\u7565\u548c\u884c\u696d\u8da8\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p
