\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u4f17\u65e5\u5ba3\u6559\u73af\u4fdd\u8d44\u8baf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201c2022\u5e74\u6fb3\u95e8\u56fd\u9645\u73af\u4fdd\u5408\u4f5c\u53d1\u5c55\u8bba\u575b\u53ca\u5c55\u89c8\u201d\uff082022MIECF\uff09\u4eca(11)\u65e5\u4e3e\u884c\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u4f17\u65e5\u201d\uff0c\u514d\u8d39\u5f00\u653e\u4e88\u516c\u4f17\u5165\u573a\u53c2\u89c2\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u8bbe\u6709\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5ba3\u4f20\u73af\u4fdd\u7684\u6e38\u620f\u53ca\u4eb2\u5b50\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4e0e\u4f17\u540c\u4e50\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u5347\u5e02\u6c11\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u3002\u6709\u5165\u573a\u53c2\u89c2\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u53c2\u52a0MIECF\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u53ef\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u73af\u4fdd\u6280\u672f\u548c\u8d44\u8baf\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u63d0\u9ad8\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6bcf\u5e74MIECF\u5927\u4f1a\u5747\u900f\u8fc7\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u4f17\u65e5\u5ba3\u4f20\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u516c\u4f17\u5b9e\u8df5\u66f4\u591a\u73af\u4fdd\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u4f17\u65e5\u201d\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u5305\u62ec\u7eff\u8272\u5bfc\u8d4f\u3001\u73af\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u3001\u821e\u53f0\u6e38\u620f\u3001\u73af\u4fddFun\u7533\u8bf7\u7ad9\u3001\u56de\u6536\u54c1\u5c55\u793a\u533a\uff0c\u5e76\u8bbe\u6709\u5e78\u8fd0\u5927\u62bd\u5956\u7b49\u3002\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c40\u7684\u5409\u7965\u7269\u66f4\u4eb2\u4e34\u73b0\u573a\u4e0e\u516c\u4f17\u5408\u7167\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u4f20\u9012\u5404\u79cd\u73af\u4fdd\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u547c\u5401\u5e02\u6c11\u9f50\u5b9e\u8df5\u7eff\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u5e26\u540c\u5b69\u5b50\u5165\u573a\u53c2\u89c2\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u53c2\u52a0MIECF\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u56e0\u5b69\u5b50\u559c\u6b22\u624b\u4f5c\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff0c\u77e5\u6089\u6709\u5173\u6d3b\u52a8\u5ba3\u4f20\u8d44\u8baf\u540e\u4fbf\u5e26\u5b69\u5b50\u53c2\u52a0\u3002\u5979\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6b64\u7c7b\u6d3b\u52a8\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u65e5\u5e38\u4ea6\u6709\u5b9e\u8df5\u73af\u4fdd\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u53c2\u4e0e\u6d3b\u52a8\u53ef\u8ba9\u5b69\u5b50\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7406\u89e3\u73af\u4fdd\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u65e5\u540e\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u540c\u7c7b\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u540c\u6837\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u53c2\u89c2MIECF\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4f4d\u5e02\u6c11\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u4e00\u5411\u5bf9\u73af\u4fdd\u6d3b\u52a8\u5f88\u6709\u5174\u8da3\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5230\u573a\u53c2\u89c2\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u3002\u5979\u8ba4\u4e3a\u900f\u8fc7MIECF\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u8d44\u8baf\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u73af\u4fdd\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u5982\u65e5\u540e\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u6b64\u7c7b\u73af\u4fdd\u6d3b\u52a8\u90fd\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u53c2\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u4f1a\u8fd8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e86\u5b66\u751f\u5bfc\u8d4f\u56e2\uff0c\u7531\u4e13\u4eba\u5411\u53c2\u89c2\u5c55\u89c8\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u5c55\u573a\u5185\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u73af\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u6280\u672f\u3002\u6709\u53c2\u4e0e\u5bfc\u8d4f\u7684\u6559\u5e08\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u7ecf\u5e38\u770b\u5230\u751a\u81f3\u5e94\u7528\u73af\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5b66\u6821\u5b89\u6392\u5b66\u751f\u53c2\u89c2MIECF\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u85c9\u6b64\u8ba9\u5b66\u751f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u73af\u4fdd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u548c\u8ba4\u8bc6\u66f4\u591a\u73af\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u900f\u8fc7\u6b64\u6b21\u53c2\u89c2\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u83b7\u76ca\u826f\u591a\u3002\u4ed6\u4ea6\u63d0\u5230\u5b66\u6821\u5e73\u65e5\u4ea6\u4f1a\u4e3e\u529e\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e0e\u73af\u4fdd\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u53c2\u89c2MIECF\u53ef\u8ba9\u5b66\u751f\u6269\u9614\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u4eb2\u8eab\u4f53\u9a8c\u73af\u4fdd\u521b\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u53c2\u89c2MIECF\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4eca\u6b21\u6d3b\u52a8\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u5e73\u65f6\u5f88\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u80f6\u888b\uff0c\u4e14\u7ecf\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u516c\u4ea4\u51fa\u884c\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u4eca\u6b21\u53c2\u89c2\u5b66\u5230\u5f88\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u4ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u3002<\/p>\n<div
