Assim sendo, o Governo da RAEM elaborou o presente regulamento administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>Os principais conte\u00fados do regulamento administrativo s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n<p>A designa\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o do Com\u00e9rcio e do Investimento de Macau \u00e9 alterada para Instituto de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o do Com\u00e9rcio e do Investimento (IPIM), tendo como principais atribui\u00e7\u00f5es a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos, apoio \u00e0s empresas na explora\u00e7\u00e3o de novos mercados, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do interc\u00e2mbio e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa, apoio ao Secretariado Permanente do F\u00f3rum para a Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f3mica e Comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa (Macau), entre outras.<\/p>\n<p>O IPIM \u00e9 dirigido pelo Conselho Administrativo e disp\u00f5e de tr\u00eas departamentos e oito divis\u00f5es, incluindo o Departamento dos Assuntos de Capta\u00e7\u00e3o de Investimento e de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f3mico e Comercial (que compreende a Divis\u00e3o de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Investimento e a Divis\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f3mico, Comercial e Empresarial), o Departamento de Desenvolvimento de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es e Exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e de Actividades Promocionais (que compreende a Divis\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento da Ind\u00fastria de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es e Exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e a Divis\u00e3o de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Actividades) e o Departamento de Apoio ao Secretariado Permanente do F\u00f3rum de Macau e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos Mercados Lus\u00f3fonos (que compreende a Divis\u00e3o de Apoio Geral do F\u00f3rum de Macau). Por outro lado, s\u00e3o criadas a Divis\u00e3o de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Inform\u00e1tica, a Divis\u00e3o Administrativa e Financeira e a Divis\u00e3o dos Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos, na depend\u00eancia directa do Conselho Administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>O regulamento administrativo entra em vigor no dia 1 de Julho de
