No processo de revis\u00f5es e inspec\u00e7\u00f5es, caso sejam verificadas quaisquer irregularidades, ser\u00e1 tomada a iniciativa de encaminhar o processo em causa para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os judiciais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O IPIM vai cumprir rigorosamente a lei no desempenho das suas pr\u00f3prias fun\u00e7\u00f5es e, al\u00e9m de inspeccionar e revisar continuamente os casos de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria, vai envidar esfor\u00e7os em elevar a transpar\u00eancia de informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os pedidos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria,revendo periodicamente a efic\u00e1cia dos trabalhos, por forma a aperfei\u00e7oar e optimizar constantemente os procedimentos administrativos
