S\u00e3o aplicadas id\u00eanticas legisla\u00e7\u00f5es e procedimentos administrativos aos sujeitos individuais ou organiza\u00e7\u00f5es locais e estrangeiras, que pretendem constituir sociedade em Macau.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Os investidores podem, atrav\u00e9s do Servi\u00e7o \u201cOne Stop\u201d ao Investidor<\/a> de Instituto de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o do Com\u00e9rcio e do Investimento, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e registo de sociedades (empres\u00e1rio comercial pessoa colectiva) \u2013 Servi\u00e7o \u201cOne Stop\u201d providenciado pelo Notariado P\u00fablico e pela Conservat\u00f3ria dos Registos Comercial<\/a>, do advogado<\/a>, efectuar todos os procedimentos burocr\u00e1ticos relativos a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de sociedade.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
