a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do interc\u00e2mbio e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa, apoio ao Secretariado Permanente do F\u00f3rum para a Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f3mica e Comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa (Macau), entre outras.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"red-message wp-block-heading\">As compet\u00eancias principais do IPIM:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Realizar estudos e apoiar a Regi\u00e3o Administrativa Especial de Macau, doravante designada por RAEM, na defini\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos e na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de<br \/>atrac\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos, apresentar propostas para melhoria do ambiente de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de investimento e apoiar activamente o desenvolvimento das ind\u00fastrias;<\/li>\r\n<li>Divulgar e promover as oportunidades de investimento e o ambiente de neg\u00f3cios da RAEM, refor\u00e7ar os la\u00e7os comerciais entre a RAEM e o exterior e empenhar-se activamente na capta\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>de neg\u00f3cios e atrac\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos do exterior;<\/li>\r\n<li>Prestar servi\u00e7os de apoio aos investidores na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus planos de investimentos na RAEM, designadamente a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o mercado e a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com os respectivos servi\u00e7os na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas encontrados durante o processo de investimento;<\/li>\r\n<li>Promover a liga\u00e7\u00e3o e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre empresas da RAEM e potenciais investidores do exterior;<\/li>\r\n<li>Promover o desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es, apresentando pareceres e propostas sobre as estrat\u00e9gias, medidas e pol\u00edticas relativas a esse desenvolvimento;<\/li>\r\n<li>Promover e fomentar actividades com vista \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas de desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es, incentivar os organizadores de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es a<br \/>organizarem eventos de conven\u00e7\u00f5es e exposi\u00e7\u00f5es na RAEM, bem como prestar-lhes apoio;<\/li>\r\n<li>Organizar e convocar as empresas para participarem em exposi\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas e comerciais, f\u00f3runs, encontros e respectivas conven\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais realizadas na RAEM ou no exterior,<br \/>bem como prestar-lhes apoio;<\/li>\r\n<li>Estudar oportunidades comerciais e potenciais mercados, apoiar e promover as empresas da RAEM a expandirem os seus neg\u00f3cios e mercados no exterior;<\/li>\r\n<li>Apoiar e incentivar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas da RAEM em actividades promocionais de produtos, promovendo o com\u00e9rcio de bens e servi\u00e7os, bem como prestar-lhes apoio;<\/li>\r\n<li>Prestar apoio ao Secretariado Permanente do F\u00f3rum para a Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f3mica e Comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa (Macau), e proporcionar-lhe os recursos<br \/>necess\u00e1rios;<\/li>\r\n<li>Promover a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas econ\u00f3micas no \u00e2mbito do desenvolvimento e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa, bem como promover o interc\u00e2mbio e a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa;<\/li>\r\n<li>Promover o papel da RAEM como Plataforma de Servi\u00e7os para a Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial entre a China e os Pa\u00edses de L\u00edngua Portuguesa;<\/li>\r\n<li>Proceder ao interc\u00e2mbio e \u00e0 coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, no \u00e2mbito das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, com os servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, entidades p\u00fablicas ou privadas da RAEM ou do exterior, e celebrar acordos e protocolos;<\/li>\r\n<li>Prosseguir as demais
