Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os<\/p>\n

Nos termos do Regulamento Administrativo n.\u00ba 3\/2005, que regula o \u00abRegime de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria de investidores, quadros dirigentes e t\u00e9cnicos especializados\u00bb, o IPIM presta apoio no pedido da fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria em Macau \u00e0s seguintes pessoas singulares n\u00e3o residentes:<\/p>\n

1) Os titulares de projectos de investimento, em aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o nos competentes servi\u00e7os da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, que sejam considerados relevantes para a Regi\u00e3o Administrativa Especial de Macau;<\/p>\n

2) Os titulares de investimentos que sejam considerados relevantes para a Regi\u00e3o Administrativa Especial de Macau.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o artigo 1.\u00ba do Regulamento Administrativo n.\u00ba 7\/2007, a partir de 4 de Abril de 2007, foi suspensa a efic\u00e1cia do artigo 1.\u00ba, o n\u00famero 4) do Regulamento Administrativo n.\u00b0 3\/2005, relativamente aos novos requerimentos com aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis para efeitos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria. Nos termos do artigo 38.\u00ba da Lei n.\u00ba 7\/2023, a partir de 1 de Julho de 2023, revoga-se o disposto no n.\u00ba 3 do artigo 1.\u00ba do Regulamento Administrativo n.\u00b0 3\/2005, relativamente aos pedidos iniciais de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria tendo como fundamento \u201cQuadros dirigentes\/t\u00e9cnicos especializados\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
