Chairman of the Macau Association of Banks

Fan Yaosheng assumed the role of the General Manager of Bank of China Macau Branch in August 2025, and subsequently took on the position of Chairman of Bank of China (Macau) Limited in September 2025. At present, he is also the Chairman of the Macau Association of Banks. Fan Yaosheng has an extensive tenure within Bank of China, commencing in 1994. Throughout his career, he has held several significant positions, including General Manager of the Melbourne Branch in Australia, Director of Customer Relations at the Corporate Finance Headquarters, Deputy Director of the IT Blueprint Implementation Office, Head of the Business Process Reengineering Leading Group Office, Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the Board Secretariat Department, General Manager of the Suzhou Branch, General Manager of the Channel and Operations Management Department, and General Manager of the Payment and Settlement Department. Notably, he held positions as a director of the SWIFT China office and a director of the China Cross-Border Interbank Payment System (CIPS).
