Doctor of Literature, Professor. At present, Chan Chi Fong serves as Secretary General of the Macao Development Strategy Research Centre, Secretary-General of the Guangzhou Nansha Guangdong-Macao Development Promotion Association, and Director of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Digital Innovation Research Centre of Macau Millennium College. He has long been concerned with the socio-economic policies and industrial development of Macao and even the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He is committed to promoting the appropriate diversification of Macao’s economy and the better integration into and service of the overall development of the country.
