applications based on \u201cmanagement and technical personnel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Among the cases handled in the first half of 2020 (include the applications which were received in previous years), there was no application approved under the category of \u201cmajor investment\u201d while 3 were disapproved\/cancelled; there was no application approved under the
