Companies Registry<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

All legal and administrative procedures apply to all local and foreign individuals or organizations interested in setting-up a company in Macao.<\/p>\r\n

Investors may obtain details of the necessary procedures for setting up a business from IPIM\u2019s Investor\u2019s One Stop Service<\/a>, the One Stop Service provided by a\u00a0public notary and the Commercial Registry Office<\/a> or a lawyer<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1.Application of admissibility of trade name<\/td>\r\nCommercial Registry Office(CRCBM)<\/td>\r\nFill up the required form with proposed name, and a clear definition of the objectives of the company<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
2.Memorandum and Articles of Association * (within 60 days of obtaining trade name )<\/td>\r\n-through Cart\u00f3rios Notariais; or
-lawyer registered in Macao; or
-document written by the applicant and certified by the notary<\/td>\r\n		Notarial contract or individual contract confirmed by a public or private notary, according to type of company and legal requirements in force<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
3.Registry of the Company *(within 15 days of signing of the memorandum)<\/td>\r\nCommercial Registry Office(CRCBM)<\/td>\r\n1. Letter of Application (with the verification
