Learn More about Greater Bay Area – Seminar on Taxation and Talent Cultivation Policies in Shenzhen and Hengqin

The “Learn More about Greater Bay Area – Seminar on Taxation and Talent Cultivation Policies in Shenzhen and Hengqin”, jointly organised by IPIM, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Chinese Accountant Association of Macao, was successfully held on 29 May simultaneously through online and offline channels and attracted more than 160 enterprises from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao.

One of the speakers, Chief Executive Officer of Huameng Technology Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.Jean Li elaborated on the taxation in Mainland China, with a focus on the tax incentives in Shenzhen and Hengqin, and various case studies. Another speaker, Director of Business Development of Da Heng Qin (Macao) Development Corporation Limited Chen Yaya introduced Hengqin’s innovation and entrepreneurial environment together with special policies for Macao, and also presented detailed information on topics such as Macao enterprises settling in Hengqin, Macao citizens’ career development in Hengqin, innovation and entrepreneurship of Macao youths in Hengqin, and Macao single-plate vehicles entering and exiting Hengqin.

During the seminar, Executive Director of IPIM Vincent U and Manager of IPIM’s Investment Promotion Division Ray Chao introduced Macao’s business environment, preferential economic and trade policies, industrial development, and the Investor’s “One-stop Service”.
