Taier Chinese Sauerkraut Fish
“Taier Chinese Sauerkraut Fish” is one of the restaurant brands established by Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited. The investor set up Too Two Macao Catering Limited in 2018. With the co-ordination of the cross-departmental co-operation mechanism of the Investment Committee and Investor’s “One-stop Service” from IPIM, they expanded the business in Macao. Their first restaurant in Macao located at Shop 1048B on 1/F of Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel at Sections 5 and 6 of Poente do Istmo Taipa-Coloane, serves sauerkraut fish as their signature dish. It covers an area of 337 square metres and can accommodate up to 90 guests. With the assistance of Investor’s “One-stop Service”, the investor successfully obtained the first-class restaurant license from the Macao Government Tourism Office.
