"Administrative Rules on the Inspection and Quarantine of cross – border Fishery Products" was debated and passed in the internal meeting of State General Administration of the PRC for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and took effect from December 10, 2002. The fishery products referred by the Rules are edible aquatic organisms and their products(excluding living fishes or their eggs).
