2021 Portuguese-Speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (Macao) (2021PLPEX)

Location: The Venetian Macao

“2021PLPEX”will be held from 21 to 23 October concurrently with the“26th MIF”and“2021MFE”. To fully utilise Macao as a service platform as mentioned above, a number of policies and incentives will be issued in “2021PLPEX” for the purpose of facilitating and enhancing Macao’s MICE industry that have been executed by the Macao SAR Government.

As an annual international brand event in Macao, MFE was certified by the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI) in November 2018, becoming the first franchise exhibition in Greater China to receive this honour. 2021MFE will be held concurrently with the “26th Macao International Trade and Investment Fair” (26th MIF) and the “2021 Portuguese-Speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (Macao) ” (2021PLPEX).



 
 
 
 

Made-in-Macao Biotechnology Supplements Safeguard Urbanites’ Health 

Tin Un Tai Wo Group Co., Ltd. is a Macao-based company. Facilitation Services for Commercial Registration in Nine Cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

In order to encourage Macao enterprises to invest in cities in the Greater Bay Area by optimising the commercial registration procedures of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for Macao enterprises, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) inked an co-operation agreement with the Guangdong Market Supervision & Administration Bureau to roll out the Facilitation Services for Commercial Registration in Nine Cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which assists Macao enterprises and citizens to complete commercial registration for investing or starting up a business in the nine Mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area, namely Dongguan, Foshan, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Jiangmen Shenzhen, Zhaoqing, Zhongshan and Zhuhai.

Online Business Matching Service Platform

Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute’s (IPIM) brand new Online Business Matching Service Platform is now available for local and overseas entrepreneurs to enjoy self-service business matching and expand their markets.

Through this open-source platform, registered users will be able to participate in the business matching sessions in the exhibitions and events organised by IPIM. Furthermore, users will be able to advertise or search for collaboration projects, screen for preferable projects, and pre-arrange meetings with interested parties and generate a preliminary meetings schedule.

Representative Offices of IPIM in Mainland China

IPIM has set up Representative Offices in Hangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, Fuzhou, Guangzhou and Wuhan. The functions and services are:

•    Providing Investor’s “One Stop Service”, offering bilateral ser-vices of commercial registration and policy consulting services for Macao and mainland investors, and assisting companies with the related procedures, in an effort to attract emerging in-dustries and enterprises to invest and set up branches in Ma-cao.

•    Providing “One-stop Service” for MICE Bidding and Support in Macao, latest information of MICE activities, conducting pre-liminary review for Convention and Exhibition Support Pro-gramme applications, offering consultation on hosting exhibi-tions, and assisting mainland companies and institutions in or-ganising conventions and exhibitions in Macao.

•    Assisting mainland companies in utilising Macao as a Service Platform for Trade Co-operation between China and Portu-guese-speaking Countries to develop markets in Portuguese-speaking Countries, and providing business environment and investment information of the countries covered by the Belt and Road initiative and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

•    In inter-department collaboration with the Economic and Tech-nological Development Bureau, the Macao Government Tour-ism Office, the Labour Affairs Bureau, the Monetary Authority of Macao and more, offering tourism promotion, case referral, policy consultation and document collection services, such as consultation of “China-Portuguese Speaking Countries Coop-eration and Development Fund”.
