Tong Lei Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., incorporated in Macau in April 1982, was established by Mr. Tang Klm Man (Tang Wai Man). The company formerly known as Ton Lee Construction Co. started its business early in 1978, mainly constructing for government road works and other private construction works in Macau. In 1981, a piling department was established to provide services of constructing cast-in-place auger piles and hammer-driving piles. In 1982, in order to facilitate further business growth, the company was recorganized to a limited company and divided his operation department into the following three divisions:
1. Civil Works Division: Involoved in projects of road and sewer network construction, earth moving and land reclamation.
2. Foundation Works Division: Involoved in projects of piling, calsson and basement construction, soil investigation adn improvement.
3. Building Works Division: Involved in Projects of constructing super-structure and interfor finishes. |
